Stepping Stones Luton
Our services are free of charge for women living in Luton and Central Bedfordshire who have suffered abuse, are vulnerable due to substance misuse, offending, or mental health; or who have involvement with Children’s Social Care.
The Bridge Project
The Bridge Project is a Big Lottery funded project to provide voluntary and paid work experience opportunities for people coming out of alcohol and drug treatment. Volunteers engage in meaningful activities, gaining confidence, developing new skills and experiences whilst socialising with others.
Walk to Freedom
Walk to Freedom’s programmes are for people aged 14 – 65 who have issues associated with drugs and alcohol. We help you answer the questions, “Why do I use when I don’t want to? And why do I use when I shouldn’t?”

Luton Sexual Health can provide free and confidential advice on a range of sexual subjects.

Total Wellbeing Luton
Total Wellbeing support with stop smoking and managing weight. They will also explore feelings of stress, anxiety and low mood or help support you with managing other emotional health conditions such as phobias or OCD.
Total wellbeing provide FREE NHS health checks, manage existing health conditions, support with non-medical aspects of health.

Bedfordshire and Luton Recovery College is part of the Bedfordshire Mental Health Academy which is a formal partnership with East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT) and the University of Bedfordshire.
The college is open to any adults who live or work in Bedfordshire and Luton.
Our courses and workshops focus on mental health wellbeing and recovery. They are delivered by people with lived experience and professional experience.
